Connect Movement is a developmental practice supporting children, young people and adults whose regulation, movement and participation needs are not fully met by existing supports.

Our work focuses on how regulation, endurance, movement organisation and participation develop across daily environments, and the hands-on, training-led intervention that supports them. We work alongside existing medical, allied health and education services, complementing rather than replacing them.

How We Support Across Different Settings

For Individuals

Developmental Support

Capacity-building developmental work for individuals and families, supporting regulation, movement, endurance and functional participation across daily life.

Education-Only

Schools & Education

Body-to-Brain Learning for educators to support learning readiness and classroom participation.

For Professionals

Professional Collaboration

For medical and allied health specialists seeking targeted neurodevelopmental input as part of a participant's broader care.

Planning Context

Plan Alignment

For participants, families and planners seeking context to inform planning discussions and documentation.

How We Work

  • Hands-on, movement-based work grounded in specialised developmental training
  • A calm, structured approach that respects developmental readiness
  • Focus on how regulation, movement and endurance organise functional participation
  • Parent and carer education built into the work - supports that continue at home
  • Working alongside existing medical, allied health and education supports
  • Emphasis on building stability and capacity that holds over time

Development does not change in isolation.

It organises through repeated, well-timed input across daily life.
